Shipping costs vary depending on your location, order size, and delivery speed. During checkout, you’ll see real-time shipping rates based on your order. Local pickup in Mississauga is free.
For standard orders, shipping within Ontario typically takes 2–5 business days after production. Expedited shipping options are available for faster delivery.
Yes! We provide free local pickup from our Mississauga location. We also offer local delivery options within the GTA for added convenience.
Absolutely. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real time.
While shipping delays are rare, we’ll work directly with the courier to resolve any issues quickly. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we’ll either replace your order or issue a refund based on the situation.
